Before starting your application, please make sure that you have the following information near or available to you:
- 1. The university details where you are accepted for admission, with scanned copy of acceptance letter.
- 2. Your Eswatini National ID. Please note that to be eligible for application you must be a citizen of Eswatini.
- 3. Your personal information.
- 4. Past education details, including name of all institutions, subjects, grades, years and scanned copy of transcripts.
- 5. Your family details including your Father’s and Mother’s Eswatini National ID. Please note that at least one of your parents must be a citizen of Eswatini.
- 6. Your graded tax number if available.
- 7. During the application process, you may be asked questions that are pertaining to your socio-economic state.
- 8. You will need to provide two reference details. One of the referees must be an academic one. Both of the referees must be citizens of Eswatini. Please note that you will need to put in their details such as their Eswatini National IDs and contact information.
- 9. During the application process you will need to save your application after completing major steps of the application. Please note that you will lose all unsaved data if you close your browser without saving the application steps.
- 10. Please note that any information that you submit once cannot be further edited online. If you make a mistake, you will need to apply in paper for due corrections.
- 11. Once you complete the application process, please be cautious to store your four digit passcode, without it you will lose access to your application.
- 12. Since you will need to submit personal information, please follow safe browsing guidelines to avoid information persistence if you are accessing this website from a public place.
